Defective merchandise / damaged shipment
In the case of defective goods: the same can be returned to Luisa profumeria srl within 14 days of delivery.
The shipping and packaging costs for returning the shipment are charged to the customer.
The defective goods will be returned or refunded (in case they are out of stock) by Luisa Profumeria srl.
In case of damaged shipment: if you receive packages from Luisa Profumeria srl visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packaging or visibly stained by wine leaking from any broken bottles) you can do as follows.
In the case of multiple packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's bill "With Reserve". We will then take care of the return of the damaged package and send it back to you.
If, on the other hand, it is a single package shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as before we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment.
In case of exhaustion of the broken product, you will be contacted for a possible replacement if you do not find any replacement product in our catalog, Luisa Profumeria srl will return the sums paid
Any shipping costs for the return of the damaged package to the sender and return of the new one are completely at our expense.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases on the Lusaprofumeriashop.com site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/2005 and Legislative Decree 21/2014, which guarantees you the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
The purchased good must be substantially intact.
The right of withdrawal is reserved only for natural persons, thus excluding purchases made by resellers or by subjects who in any way purchase for resale to third parties. the shipping costs will be charged to the customer upon his arrival at the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the utmost attention when preparing the package, for example using the original packaging.
To exercise this right you must send us a communication to that effect within 14 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within a further 30 days.
Procedure to be followed:
Send an e-mail to luisaprofumeria@gmail.com containing the declaration of wanting to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:
- order number and order date
- invoice number
- which products must be subject to withdrawal (identand oils with the article number)
- your bank details (IBAN code) or Paypal
Then you must wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return.
Upon receipt of this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days a

Refund times
Luisa Profumeria srl undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days of receipt by the merchant of the notice of withdrawal by crediting the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice, by means of an IBAN payment or Paypal. the reimbursement may be suspended until the merchant has received the goods or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned them, whichever is earlier. The aforementioned amount does not include any expenses incurred for returning the products, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. This in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 206 of 06/09/2005 ("Consumer Code") as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21 of 02/21/2014 .
